First Two Weeks of Fitness Training


Whichever fitness regimen catches your attention and you wish to begin, it is important to recognize that there is a process of stimulus and adaptation. Therefore, it is crucial to gradually ease into your training, especially during the initial two weeks. Pushing too hard too soon can have negative consequences.


Firstly, you may not feel successful and be discouraged from continuing.

Secondly, demanding too much from your body can lead to it being unable to function properly the following day.


Thirdly, this could potentially predispose you to future injuries or result in an injury. Pushing your body to its limits too soon or without proper form and technique may lead to an injury.



I suggest educating yourself or hiring a knowledgeable individual to help you grasp the fundamentals initially, followed by gradually increasing repetitions with a low volume in the first two weeks.


Allow your body and CNS to adapt accordingly. Remember, this is a health journey and a lifetime commitment. There is no need to rush into it.
