No More Back Pain

Back pain remains a significant health concern in the United States, affecting up to 80% of individuals at some point in their lives. Currently, about 26% of U.S. adults experience low back pain, while 14% report neck pain.
Let's start by tapping into breathing periodically. Fill up your belly with air as you inhale, sitting tall as if someone is pulling you from the top of your head. If you train at the gym or at home, ensure you move your spine before you begin. I call it the spinal engine. Challenge your diaphragm by doing some dead bug exercises, ensuring all points of contact with the floor are maintained – head, thoracic spine, lower back, and pelvis.
As professionals, we at Pain Free Strength diagnose the reasons behind your back pain, which could stem from structural misalignment, incorrect sitting posture, improper diaphragm utilization, or inadequate movement during training. These factors often contribute significantly to your discomfort. At Pain Free Strength, we are committed to identifying the root cause of your pain and crafting a personalized treatment plan to address it effectively.
Quick Tip: Incorporate active sitting or standing into your routine to alleviate discomfort.
